What We Do
Legmed Foundation and Research’s flagship programme Mission Education works with the objective of empowering underprivileged children by providing education, nutrition, and wellness support. We implement a range of educational initiatives to ensure that learning reaches every child, especially those from disadvantaged and marginalized backgrounds. Our efforts focus not just on access, but also on quality, continuity, and inclusivity in education.

- Capacity Building
At Legmed Foundation and Research, our Youth Capacity Building program is designed to equip young people especially from underprivileged and marginalized communities with the skills, confidence, and opportunities they need to succeed in life.
We offer vocational training, digital literacy, career guidance, entrepreneurship development, and life skills workshops to prepare youth for employment, self-reliance, and leadership roles. Special focus is placed on bridging the gap between education and livelihood, ensuring that young individuals are not only educated but also empowered to contribute meaningfully to society. At Legmed Foundation and Research, our Talent Development program is dedicated to identifying and nurturing the hidden potential of children and youth from underserved communities. We believe that talent knows no boundaries and with the right support, every child can thrive. Our Youth Talent Development program identifies, encourages, and supports promising youth from underserved communities by providing platforms to explore and grow their skills across academics, arts, sports, innovation, and leadership.
Through creative workshops, academic mentoring, sports and arts programs, and leadership training, we provide opportunities for young individuals to explore their passions and sharpen their skills. We also connect them with mentors, scholarships, and platforms to showcase their abilities and gain recognition. By investing in talent early, we not only build confidence and self-worth but also lay the foundation for a more innovative, inclusive, and empowered future.
- Professional Growth
At Legmed Foundation and Research, we are committed to enabling long-term success by fostering Professional Growth among youth and early-career individuals from underserved backgrounds. Our programs aim to bridge the gap between education and employment by equipping participants with the skills, knowledge, and exposure needed to thrive in today’s dynamic workforce.
We offer career readiness workshops, spoken English and communication training, digital literacy, interview preparation, and internship and job placement support. We also collaborate with industry professionals and institutions to provide mentorship, certifications, and networking opportunities. By supporting professional growth, we empower individuals not just to find jobs but to build meaningful, sustainable careers and contribute to society with confidence and purpose.
- Career Advancement
At Legmed Foundation and Research, our Career Advancement program is designed to guide and support individuals especially youth from disadvantaged backgrounds on their journey toward meaningful and sustainable careers. We believe that education must translate into opportunity, and opportunity into growth.
Through career counseling, skill-building workshops, resume and interview training, and access to internships and job placements, we prepare participants to navigate the modern job market with confidence. We also offer mentorship from industry professionals, entrepreneurship guidance, and advanced training opportunities for those ready to take the next step in their careers. By enabling informed choices and career mobility, we empower individuals to unlock their potential and shape their future with purpose and pride.
Impact So Far:
- Young individuals successfully placed in sectors such as healthcare, education, digital services, and retail.

Success Story: Soumi, a first-generation learner from a low-income household, joined our career advancement workshops in 2025.
